July 2026
Dear partners, customers, and friends,
When we started Navflex, we were focused on a problem that most people in automation had learned to work around: the loading dock.
It is one of the most important places in the supply chain, but also one of the hardest to automate. Every trailer is different. Every facility has its own constraints. Every shift brings new conditions, new loads, and new decisions that have to happen in real time.
That is why we believe the future of warehouse automation will not be built on fixed systems alone. It will be built on Physical AI: technology that can understand the real world, adapt to it, and work safely inside the environments companies already operate.
Our partnership with Jungheinrich is an important step toward that future.
Together, we are combining Navflex’s work in perception, autonomy, and process intelligence with Jungheinrich’s industrial expertise, vehicle platforms, service network, and global scale. The goal is simple: bring autonomous truck loading and unloading into the real world, not as a lab demo, but as a practical solution for the warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities that keep the world moving.
“The loading dock isn’t the end of the warehouse. It's where the future begins”
This work matters because the loading dock is more than a workflow. It is a bottleneck that touches labor, safety, throughput, cost, and resilience. Solving it creates value far beyond a single task.
We are still early in this journey, but we are more convinced than ever that intelligent, adaptable automation will reshape how goods move through the world.
At Navflex, we are building for that future.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about what we’re building. We’re excited for what comes next, and we’re glad you’re part of the journey.
Sincerely,

Chuck Stovall
CEO, Navflex
